Every business I've run came back to the same question: how do you grow revenue and customers without breaking what made the brand valuable in the first place? I spent twenty years running businesses, answering that across live broadcast, digital media, e-commerce, and global partnerships. 

In live content, like sports, you get one shot. There are no second takes and no opportunity to fix things in post. That environment shaped how I lead, with the instinct and discipline that high-stakes, real-time execution demands, especially in times of uncertainty. I managed a significant P&L delivering double-digit profit margins, scaled digital audiences to 220 million monthly users globally, and my teams created the partnership models that became the blueprint for how major media brands work with Fortune 500 companies. 

 

As EVP and Editor-in-Chief of E! News, I ran the #1 global entertainment news brand as a fully integrated digital business spanning content, commerce, subscription, newsletters, podcasts, app, and global platform partnerships. Today's business landscape demands leaders who can navigate constant change while delivering consistent growth. COVID erased the entertainment ecosystem shortly after I started. We repositioned, held audience and revenue, and grew from there, delivering 32% digital revenue growth and 248% e-commerce growth while most publishers were contracting.

 

At NBC's TODAY, I built Kathie Lee & Hoda from concept into a globally distributed brand and created a commerce model that was later expanded across the full franchise. As the first woman to executive produce a weekday hour of TODAY in its 61-year history, I built something that lasted because it brought value to our consumers and performed for our revenue partners.

After building some of television and digital's most successful franchises, I now advise CEOs, founders, and boards on how content, brand, and commerce work together to drive revenue. Separately, I coach executives and high-profile talent on media presence and high-stakes communication.

 

My clients range from enterprise companies rethinking their growth model to well-funded startups preparing to scale, to organizations across sports, media, CPG, AI, and communications.

I serve as a Fractional Executive Advisor for organizations that need embedded executive leadership and for companies that need strategic guidance at the board or C-suite level. I'm a strategist who's also run the business. I can build the roadmap for growth and put it in your hands to execute, or I can stay on to implement it and make sure it takes hold. Most consultants do one or the other. I do both. 

What I do is consistent regardless of the business: find what's driving value, set the strategy to grow it, build the team that executes. The organizations that seek me out have a business model that needs to evolve and a brand worth protecting.
